What is your return or exchange policy?

We want you to love your art! If your order arrives damaged or if there’s a mistake, please contact us with images within 10 days of receiving your order. We accept returns or exchanges for damaged or incorrect items. Custom or personalized orders cannot be returned, but we’ll always try to find a solution if there’s an issue.

I haven’t received my order, what should I do?

Sometimes mail can get lost or delayed. If it’s past the estimated delivery time, please email me at artsbytrinity@gmail.com with:

• Your name

• Order number

• Date of purchase

I’ll look into it and make sure your artwork safely reaches you!

My usual email response time is 1-3 business days.

Do you ship internationally?

Occasionally, I host international shop openings for The Architecture Mail Club catch-ups and select shop items. This event is not on a set schedule, but typically happen every couple of months. Join the Newsletter and get notified when my Art Shop is available internationally!

How does shipping work for multiple types of items?

Orders with multiple product types are shipped together, and tracking will be provided. Most orders arrive within 5–7 business days after processing. Applies to US orders only*

Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be processed and shipped out.

  • 1–4 mailers: Shipped via USPS stamps with no tracking available. Please allow up to 14 business days for U.S. delivery and 21 business days for international delivery.

  • 4+ mailers: Shipped together in a package with tracking included. Applies to US orders only*

• Sticker Sheets (limited tracking)

  • 1–2 sticker sheets: Shipped via USPS stamps with no tracking available. Please allow up to 14 business days for U.S. delivery and 21 business days for international delivery.

When will sold out items restock?

I restock products when I’m able to, but as a small artist run business, inventory can sell out faster than expected and restocks may take time. I usually share any upcoming restocks or shop updates on my Instagram story @artsbytrinity, so keep an eye out there for announcements!
