What is your return or exchange policy?

We want you to love your art! If your order arrives damaged or if there’s a mistake, please contact us with images within 10 days of receiving your order. We accept returns or exchanges for damaged or incorrect items. Custom or personalized orders cannot be returned, but we’ll always try to find a solution if there’s an issue.

I haven’t received my order, what should I do?

Sometimes mail can get lost or delayed. If it’s past the estimated delivery time, please email me at artsbytrinity@gmail.com with:

Your name
Order number
Date of purchase

I’ll look into it and make sure your artwork safely reaches you!

My usual email response time is 1-3 business days.

Do you ship internationally?

Occasionally, I host international shop openings for The Architecture Mail Club catch-ups and select shop items. This event is not on a set schedule, but typically happen every couple of months. Join the Newsletter and get notified when my Art Shop is available internationally!

How does shipping work for multiple types of items?

Orders with multiple product types are shipped together, and tracking will be provided. Most orders arrive within 5–7 business days after processing.

How long does shipping take?

Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be processed and shipped out.

Mail Club Catch-Ups (limited tracking)
- 1–4 mailers: Shipped via USPS stamps with no tracking available. Please allow up to 14 business days for U.S. delivery.
- 4+ mailers: Shipped together in a package with tracking included.
Sticker Sheets (limited tracking)
- 1–2 sticker sheets: Shipped via USPS stamps with no tracking available. Please allow up to 14 business days for U.S. delivery.
- 3+ sticker sheets: Shipped together in a package with tracking included.
Other Items (tracked shipping)
Includes art prints, bookmarks, and original paintings.
Shipped in rigid mailers or a box with tracking. These typically arrive within 5–7 business days after processing.
