How long does shipping take?
Mailers (USPS stamps, no tracking): Please allow up to 14 business days for delivery.
Other art orders (with tracking): Most orders take about 5-7 business days after processing to arrive.
Please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be processed and shipped out.
What is your return or exchange policy?
We want you to love your art! If your order arrives damaged or if there’s a mistake, please contact us with images within 20 days of receiving your order. We accept returns or exchanges for damaged or incorrect items. Custom or personalized orders cannot be returned, but we’ll always try to find a solution if there’s an issue.
I haven’t received my order, what should I do?
Sometimes mail can get lost or delayed. If it’s past the estimated delivery time, please email us at artsbytrinity@gmail.com with:

Do you ship internationally?
The Art Shop does not currently offer international shipping due to high shipping costs. However, international customers can still join the Architecture Mail Club, which is available in 18 countries worldwide.
