This option features a beautifully detailed watercolor painting of your special place, capturing a straight-on elevation of the building. With no revisions, it’s an excellent choice for those needing a quicker turnaround. Ideal for those who appreciate a streamlined, efficient process while still receiving a striking and high-quality final piece! Estimate turnaround time: August-September

Deluxe Package 8x10 – $300
This option offers a beautifully detailed watercolor painting of your special place, capturing a straight-on elevation of a building. The larger 8x10 size allows for more space to include additional details and surrounding elements. While it requires a bit more time to complete, you’ll receive a stunning, personalized artwork that makes a statement! Estimate turnaround time: August-September

With a recent influx of commissions and a growing excitement to explore new creative projects, I’ve temporarily closed my commission list. Don’t worry, commissions will reopen on October 3rd, 2025 in time for holiday and Christmas requests! Frequently asked questions

What is your turn around time?

For this round of commissions, the estimated turnaround time is Late-October to Mid-December, with all artwork shipping in time for the holidays.

How do I receive the painting?

Once your commission is completed, I’ll ship the original physical artwork to the address you provide. Please note that order outside of the US may have an additional shipping fee.

Can you include people and pets?

At this time, I do not offer pet or people portraits, as my focus is on architectural art. I prefer to concentrate on creating pieces where I can truly showcase my strengths and deliver the best possible work.

What type of payment do you accept?

After we finalize the details of your commission, I’ll send you an invoice via Stripe for the full amount. Payment is required in full before I begin creating your artwork. Once the payment is received, I’ll start working on your piece.

What should I provide for reference?

Please submit clear photos of the building you’d like painted. Multiple images are welcome, but it’s especially helpful if you can provide a straight-on photo. The better the quality of the reference images, the more accurately I can capture the essence of the place.

What does the painting process involve?

I begin with a pencil sketch of your building, referencing your photos. I then use micron pens with varying line weights for details, followed by watercolor to bring the piece to life, layering shadows and textures for depth.
